We do not currently provide any legal support for the filing of class actions, although this may become necessary if no change results, and we can help coordinate communications. If any legal counsel wishes to offer their services, then get in touch.
Not an ombudsman
Although the information collected here may influence an industry watchdog or leader of an industrial association, we have no direct authority beyond that which you provide us, with your eyes and ears
Not funded
Collaborative tools such as consensus builder, mailing lists, blogs, and site search are offered on a 'what we can afford' basis. If you would like guaranteed service or different facilities, and are willing to compensate us for our costs, then get in touch and we'll try to help. At the very minimum, we should be able to list your community, and provide you with a subdomain. More extensive support can be negotiated.
